Final SalesAll purchases of sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items. Textiles are all final sale. No refunds, exchanges or returns on textiles. All printed textiles have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are the nature of the product. Rare Finds are non-returnable. All Rare Finds item sales are final and condition is 'As Is'. Rare Finds items may or may not be refurbished and have signs of being lightly used if they have not been refurbished.

Brilliant Imports will exchange or refund orders within 5 (five) days of delivery. If merchandise does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 5 (five) days of the date of delivery and in accordance with the following requirements: You must notify Brilliant Imports at email@example.com before attempting a return as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping fees including initial shipping costs which will be subtracted from your refund total. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unused and resalable. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Provided the return meets these criteria, returns are refunded in the original method of payment, less shipping and handling and any postage due. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
If you believe a product was shipped in error, or if the product arrives defective or damaged in transit, it is eligible for return. Keep all of the original packing material and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Address to use for Returns
Please return merchandise to us at the address we provide through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
