Shipping Information
Brilliant Imports orders will include additional Shipping and Handling fees that will be added to your order total. These fees are intended to compensate us for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.Standard Delivery and Processing
Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days from time of order but please allow more time where indicated. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Orders will be shipped via ground parcel service unless otherwise requested. If other shipping methods are requested, additional shipping charges will apply. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We use Parcel Post to ship to a PO Box, APO or PO address. Rush Delivery and Processing
By choosing express delivery during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. The charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing charges and is not available for some items.Other Surcharges
Some Brilliant Imports require special delivery and handling. We do not ship these items directly but work with Navis Pack & Ship and we are happy to help coordinate. Call Nathan, Operations Manager at 800.405.1606/512.997.9674 to arrange delivery.Some orders shipping to AK, HI, and some other areas will incur additional fees above the rates charged online that will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders within the State of Texas are subject to sales tax.Do you ship internationally?
