This is one little frog you might just want to kiss. The Balinese have their own version of the Princess and the Frog fairytale—- this royal amphibian is a reminder that there may be more to a frog than meets the eye. Ribbit. In shiny copper.

Note how this sweet frog is taking Malasana Pose (a.k.a. Garland Pose or Yogi’s Squat) with one hand on his heart and one hand on his belly. This hand positioning is common to take at the end of yoga practice to steep in the vitality of the practice. In this position, one notices the belly rise and fall with each breath cycle as well as the drum beat of your heart. This is one yogic frog!
